    Key Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems

    • Perform routine maintenance

    • Ensure code compliance and quality workmanship
      Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of plumbing experience

    • Valid plumbing license

    • Strong diagnostic and communication skills

  • Are you a problem-solver with a passion for mechanical systems? As a Service Technician, you’ll support HVAC, plumbing, and building systems with expert troubleshooting and repairs to keep facilities running efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance

      Qualifications:

    • 2+ years in HVAC or mechanical service

    • EPA certification preferred

    • 3+ years working with commercial chillers

    • Certification in refrigerants (EPA 608)
